These terms explain the basic expectations for requesting and receiving exterior cleaning services from BV PowerWashing.

1. Services and scope

BV PowerWashing provides exterior cleaning services described in a quote, estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written confirmation. The agreed scope, property conditions, access requirements, scheduling, and price should be confirmed before work begins.

2. Quotes and approvals

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. Changes in scope, access, surface conditions, weather, or requested timing may require a revised quote. A customer authorizes work by accepting the quote or otherwise confirming that BV PowerWashing should proceed.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, safe access, notice of delicate surfaces or known conditions, and removal or protection of personal items in the work area. Customers should identify water, electrical, security, access, or other site constraints before service.

4. Scheduling, weather, and access

Exterior work depends on safe weather and site conditions. BV PowerWashing may reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the agreed service. The team will use reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes and coordinate access.

5. Payment and cancellations

Payment timing, deposits, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any applicable fees are those stated in the applicable quote or service agreement. Questions about a charge or cancellation should be raised promptly with the team.

6. Results and property conditions

Cleaning can improve the appearance of a surface, but results depend on material, age, staining, prior maintenance, and conditions outside the company’s control. BV PowerWashing will use a method appropriate to the agreed scope and will communicate material concerns it observes.
